Lurvish was called to the Mauritian Bar in 2018. He was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 after graduating from Middlesex University with his LLB and completing his Bar Professional Training Course at the University of Northumbria. In 2022, Lurvish obtained a Diplôme Universitaire en droit mauricien form the Université de la Réunion. His current practice centres on criminal, civil litigation, employment, road traffic and family cases. Lurvish acts as prosecuting counsel in the District Court of Grand Port and Savanne.
