Following his studies in the United Kingdom where he read law at the University of Bristol and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Gray’s Inn in 2020, E’jaaz was admitted to the Mauritian Bar in September 2022. He obtained a Diplôme Universitaire en droit mauricien with mention ‘bien’, coming third of the class with a dissertation titled “L’autorité parentale en droit mauricien: régime légal, application par la Cour Suprême et possibles innovations du Children’s Act.” Beyond his practice, E’jaaz retains a keen interest in academic research and writing.
